MY STORY

Though I do not recall the exact date of when I started baking, I do know that it was at a very young age, while growing up in Jamaica, when I began baking cakes from scratch. As I got older, I was always assigned the task of baking for family birthdays and special events. This evolved into bringing cakes to work for my coworkers who also seemed to fall in love with the quality and taste. Needless to say, the word got out that I made delicious desserts, I then decided to begin a side business of selling my baked goods, and have been doing so ever since!
